Very kind and helpful staff, from the front desk, the valet, and the breakfast servers. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. This is a great location near Taksim Square within walking distance of many great restaurants and access to public transportation. I wish we had stayed longer as this was a very good and safe place to stay.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were very kind, especially Chef (Sinan) and his crew, even staff (Hakan). The hotel manager was very kind in dealing with the guests. Speak politely and respectfully. Thank you so much.

The staff super helpful, when I left my earphone in the room. They quickly found back to me even I checked out and left. The cleaning lady has very good smile. Location is the best , everything nearby the hotel.

Located in the heart of Taksim square, it's a place buzzing with life. The hotel greeted us with a plate of fruits with a welcome letter which was a very pleasant surprise! Also we gave a post card at the reception which they dutifully posted and reached its destination on time! Breakfast was good with a lot of variety!

The hotel has an excellent central location near the noisy Taksim Square, but inside was very quiet in the nicht. Nice, wide and clean room, the staff - extremely helpfull and friendly. The hotel is good for families and for business trips. The buffet breakfast was ok. We missed nothing. Highly recommended.
